How the Working Genius...

is changing the way we work along with removing burnout, frustrations, and bringing more joy in the workplace.

What is the Working Genius model?

It helps teams understand how each person is wired for work. By identifying strengths and frustrations, leaders can give people the kind of work that fuels them instead of draining them.

The result is less burnout, streamlined processes, and more energy across the team.

When the right people are in the right roles and systems are designed around those strengths, work moves forward with greater clarity, productivity, and team cohesiveness.

Let’s Make this happen for your team!

How to Implement the

Working Genius

model to your team

Step 1: Discover Individual Strengths

Every project has six types of work, but each person shows up with only a few of them.

Everyone has two areas of genius (what they do best), two areas of competency (what they can handle with effort), and two areas of frustration (what tends to drain them).

The Six Types of work in the Working Genius model are:

  • W – Wonder (ask the big questions)
  • I – Invention (create fresh ideas)
  • D – Discernment (spot what will work)
  • G – Galvanizing (rally people to action)
  • E – Enablement (support and assist others)
  • T – Tenacity (push work across the finish line)

Step 2: We Create a Team Map

By seeing everyone’s strengths and frustrations side by side, we can match the right work to the right people at the right time.

Step 3: We Understand Each Other

When roles line up with each person’s natural strengths, burnout and frustration go down and productivity, energy, and job satisfaction go up.

Step 4: We Build a Stronger Team Culture Together

With clear roles and a balanced team, projects and meetings run smoother. Work actually moves forward, and the team becomes more productive, organized, and connected.

I have a feeling you have wanted this energized cohesive team all along, BUT you were not sure how to actually make it a reality.

Meet Your Team Development Consultant

Hey Friend, I'm Robbin!

I've been Leading Teams for 3 decades.

I’ve spent over 30 years working with people, teams, students, leaders, and organizations.

After nearly 20 years in public education, I felt a clear nudge from God to shift from serving students every day to equipping the leaders and teams who guide them.

That calling led me into entrepreneurship, where I now help business and educational teams build healthier workplace cultures, strengthen collaboration, and create better systems for getting work done.

My work blends psychology, counseling, leadership development, and practical business strategy.

I help teams understand what is happening beneath the surface, then turn that insight into simple, actionable steps that create real change.

Today, I get to help leaders build teams that communicate better, handle tension with more wisdom, and enjoy working together while still getting results.

And honestly, that lights me up.

My background:

  • Bachelor’s in Psychology
