from “Working With People Who Drive You Crazy”
by Robbin Kent

Beyond the Pages

Four clean, printable copies of every worksheet from the book, ready whenever you want to start fresh.

  • The User Manuals You Never Got,
  • How To Think Crazy Curious Tip Sheet,
  • Team ToolBox, And
  • Score Yourself From All Three Lenses

Thanks so much for picking up the book, and welcome!

By now you’ve probably circled a few numbers, jotted some notes in the margins, and thought of at least one particular coworker more than once along the way.

I wanted you to be able to keep going, so I pulled the hands-on pieces out of the chapters and gathered them into one set of files that you can print and use as many times as you like.

A blank copy comes in handy when your answers change, when you want to work through a page alongside a friend, or when you’d like to hand something to your team.

Complete the form below with your name and email, and everything arrives together in one message, so there’s nothing to hunt down later.

Resources waiting for you...

The User Manuals You Never Got

Nobody hands you a guide to the people you work with, so this one lets you write it.

Start with a page about yourself, then use fifteen easy conversation starters to get to know your coworker over time, and finish by building a manual for the coworker who has been on your mind since the very first page of the book.

Score Yourself – All 3 Lenses

Three short self-assessments, one for each lens, pulled together in a single workbook.

You’ll circle where you land on personality and communication, then rate a handful of statements to see where you find real energy at work. Come back to it in a year and see what has shifted, because most of us do change more than we expect.

The Team Toolbox Activities

Three of my favorite activities for taking the lenses out of the book and into your next team meeting: Snowflakes, The Trust Web, and The Card Tower Challenge.

Every activity stands on its own, complete with setup, directions, and debrief questions for whichever lens your team needs most right now.

How to Think Crazy Curious Tip Sheet

Twenty quick ways to trade judgment for curiosity right when a coworker starts driving you crazy.

Each pairing names a tension you might feel and gives you a question to ask yourself first, so you can get back to noticing before you react. Keep it close for those days when the frustration shows up quickly.

Here’s to a little more curiosity and a lot less crazy.

You will receive all four in one email, so you can use them at anytime. I’d love to hear what you find the most helpful.

Meet Your Team Development Consultant

Hey Friend, I'm Robbin!

I've been Leading Teams for 3 decades.

I’ve spent over 30 years working with people, teams, students, leaders, and organizations.

After nearly 20 years in public education, I felt a clear nudge from God to shift from serving students every day to equipping the leaders and teams who guide them.

My work blends psychology, counseling, leadership development, and practical business strategy.

I help teams understand what is happening beneath the surface, then turn that insight into simple, actionable steps that create real change.

Today, I get to help leaders build teams that communicate better, handle tension with more wisdom, and enjoy working together while still getting results.

And honestly, that lights me up.

Helping Teams Get Along at Work

Equipping teams to collaborate with less friction and more purpose.

My goal is simple: to help people love what they do and who they do it with.

With the right tools, shared language, and intentional support, teams communicate better, work through challenges more effectively, and create healthier ways of working together.
